📦 Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Holiday Peak Season: During high-volume periods (such as November and December), processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We source our products from premium domestic and international warehouses to offer you the best selection. Shipping speeds and costs depend on the location of the warehouse stocking your item:
  • Domestic (US Warehouse) Items: Deliveries within the United States generally take 2 to 5 business days after processing.
  • International Warehouse Items: Shipped globally and typically arrive within 10 to 15 calendar days after processing. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your local postal service and customs clearance.
Please note: Because we utilize highly optimized standard logistics lines to keep costs low and delivery reliable, we do not offer express or expedited shipping options at this time.
📦 Multiple Packages / Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouse locations. To get your items to you as fast as possible, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package in your order.
🌍 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • United States: For US orders, standard tariffs are included in your checkout price.
  • International Orders: For shipments outside of the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or local customs fees once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in our checkout price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
🛡️ Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
We protect your purchase with guaranteed tracking protection windows. If your tracking status has stopped updating or your package has not arrived within the following timelines from the ship date, you are eligible for a 100% free replacement or full refund:
  • US Shipments: Eligible after 45 days of no delivery updates.
  • International Shipments: Eligible after 60 days of no delivery updates (extended to 110 days for shipments to Brazil).
Note: If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the postal carrier but you have not received it, please contact your local post office immediately. We cannot issue a refund for "Delivered" statuses without an official non-delivery certificate from the carrier.
❌ Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we will make it right immediately.
  • Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos or videos of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label.
  • We will gladly issue a full refund or a free replacement—you do not even need to mail the damaged item back to us.
